The hams of our denomination of origin Los Pedroches come from the breed of Iberian pigs and in all its lineages.They live in peaceful calmness with centuries-old oaks, cork oaks and gall oaks of the Dehesa de los Pedroches. Their diet revolves around the acorn and natural pastures.Its outer shape is elongated, slender, and contoured by the so-called serrano ham cut in a 'V'. The cut has a characteristic color from pink to purple with infiltration of fat in the muscle mass. It is juicy and has a pleasant aroma which is a characteristic of this product. The fat in shiny, aromatic and has pleasant flavor.
