Iberian Cold Meats
The cold meats from the Señorio de los Pedroches are products made with Iberian pork, seasoned with aromatic herbs and different spices. It can be served with bread, toast or as a snack, or possibly, with proper presentation on a board. It's a great appetizer and in most cases it is sliced.
Do not forget you can buy it as a whole piece (with skin) or sliced for easy consumption and conservation (always vacuum packed).
