Señorio de los Pedroches has a range of high quality products. We produce all kinds of product from fresh meat from Iberian pigs as Iberian cured products such as Iberian ham with 48 months of healing. Our work is recognized nationally and winnings from events like the one held in Villanueva de Córdoba (Fair of the Iberian Bellota Ham of los Pedroches) involving companies attached to the Denomination of Origin Los Pedroches, gives even more value to that obtained.
In a land that is declared Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2002, is very important to highlight the quality and taste of our products and have been in 2011 when we achieved the highest recognizing the region of Pedroches. Señorio de los Pedroches was crowned winner of the XI Edition of the Iberico Ham from Los Pedroches 2011 and as a result, the work of our ham masters has been recognized nationally.
